Niklas Burns is a seasoned financial economist with a focus on property finance and accounting, currently employed at SKB - Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening since September 2012. In this role, Niklas manages loans, interest calculations, project accounting, property declarations, and valuations, alongside overseeing property tax calculations. Prior experience includes a trainee position at SABO, Sveriges Allmännyttiga Bostadsföretag, from September 2016 to July 2017. Niklas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stockholm University, complemented by additional coursework at various institutions, including Luleå University of Technology, Lund University, and Mid Sweden University.
