Tomas Monsén is a digitalization developer with extensive experience in IT development across various municipal roles. Presently serving as a Digitaliseringsutvecklare at Skara kommun since January 2025, Tomas previously held the position of IT-utvecklare at Töreboda Kommun from April 2020 to January 2025, specializing in e-services, integration, automation with RPA, and IoT. Prior to that, from January 2004 to March 2020, Tomas worked at Skövde kommun in multiple roles, including IT-utvecklare, where contributions included app development, digitalization, and system integration. Earlier career stages featured positions such as Systemtekniker and IT-tekniker, focusing on information systems maintenance and support, respectively. Tomas holds a Master of Science degree in IT from the University of Skövde, earned from 2000 to 2004.
