Stephen Hattwick is a seasoned professional in preconstruction and project management, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Skanska since February 2024. Previously, Stephen held the same title at RangeWater Real Estate from January 2022 to February 2024 and served as Vice President of Preconstruction at JBG SMITH between May 2019 and January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Estimator and Project Executive at Clemens Construction Company and as Preconstruction Manager at Turner Construction. Stephen also worked as a Project Architect at Barnes Vanze Architects Inc. and holds advanced degrees in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Economics from Skidmore College.
