Elizabeth Merritt is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in policy development, compliance, and employee mobility. Currently serving as the Head of Employer Policy, Compliance and Mobility at Skanska USA since August 2012, Elizabeth has been instrumental in ensuring the consistent application of company policies and adapting them to evolving legislation. Previous roles include HR Director positions at Skanska USA, where Elizabeth played a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system and provided strategic consultation on staffing plans and employee relations. Prior to Skanska, Elizabeth developed workforce analysis tools at URS Corporation and held a senior HR director position at Xe Services, where programs related to training and compensation were successfully structured and implemented. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
