Adrian Karczewicz currently serves as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Gi Group since June 2024, while also holding the position of Head of Divestments for Central and Eastern Europe at Skanska Commercial Development Europe since September 2013, overseeing office divestments in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania. Prior to this, Adrian was a Director at Echo Investment from October 2005 to July 2013, managing advisory on portfolio activities, particularly related to investment dispositions from office and shopping center properties. Additionally, Adrian worked as Business Development Director at General Electric Real Estate Golub from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an Executive Certificate in Technology and Operations with a focus on Blockchain Technologies from MIT Sloan School of Management (2020-2021), a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Valuation from Warsaw University of Technology (1999-2000), and a Master's in Financial Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (1993-1998).
