Adam Crossley serves as the Director of Sustainability & Innovation, as well as the Director of Environment and Strategic Development on the UK Senior Management Team at Skanska. Additionally, Adam is a member of the Green Construction Board under the Construction Leadership Council and holds voluntary positions as Chair of Trustees and Co-Founder at the Sophie Hayes Foundation, and Director/Trustee at Southbank Academies Multi-Academy Trust. Adam also undertook a sabbatical at Wolfson College, Oxford, after earning an MSc in Cognitive and Evolutionary Anthropology from the University of Oxford in 2013, and holds an MSc in Psychological Research Methods with distinction from The Open University, completed in 2011.
