Esther Meinderts is a biotechnology specialist with a focus on agricultural chemicals, currently serving as a Specialist for Meldingen: Gewasbeschermingsmiddelen at Skal Biocontrole since April 2021. Previously, Esther held roles as a Senior Laboratory Technician and Microbiological Analyst at FrieslandCampina from February 2018 to April 2021. Esther gained research experience during internships at Wetsus, focusing on antibiotic resistance in the veterinary industry, and the University of Groningen, where the study centered on peroxisome heterogeneity in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. An earlier internship at Pathologie Friesland involved implementing quality research related to dissections. Esther earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, with a major in Forensic Sciences and Biomedical Research, from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, following a high school education in Nature and Health at CSG Comenius Marienburg.
