Rikke Flogstad currently serves as the Leader of the HMS-network at Fornybar Norge since January 2021. Flogstad has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, having held roles such as Section Leader of HMSK at Skagerak Energi since October 2018 and HSEQ Manager at NLI Grenland AS from May 2015 to September 2018. Previous positions include HSEQ Manager at Agility Contracting AS and HSE Manager for Maintenance & Modification at Agility Group from February 2011 to December 2013. Flogstad's career began with roles in operational safety and as an HSE Engineer at Statoil and Hydro. Flogstad holds a Master's degree in Technology, specializing in Industrial Economy and Technology Management, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2006.
