Tejas Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tejas currently works as a Senior Staff Firmware Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor since November 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Firmware Engineer at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. from March 2015 onwards.

Tejas also has experience working in academia, as they served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Colorado Denver Business School from April 2014 to December 2014. In addition, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the same institution from September 2012 to December 2012.

Before pursuing their academic career, Tejas worked as a System Administrator at D Thakkar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. from November 2011 to July 2012. Tejas started their professional journey as an Application/Marketing Engineer at Bryka Electrosystems Pvt Ltd in September 2010 and held the position until November 2011. In this role, they represented parent companies for space-grade parts and worked closely with key customers such as the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.), SAMEER (Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering & Research), and TIFR (Tata Institute for Fundamental Research).

Tejas Joshi completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Shah And Anchor Engineering College (Mumbai) from 2007 to 2010. Tejas then pursued further education at the University of Colorado Denver from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a specialization in Computer Engineering and Embedded Systems. Concurrently, in 2013, they also earned an Embedded Systems Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder. Tejas Joshi obtained additional certifications, including "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines" from LinkedIn in October 2018 and the "Embedded Systems Certificate" from the University of Colorado Boulder in December 2013.
