The Leadership Team at SJRC Texas | Belong is responsible for strategically guiding the organization to fulfill its mission of providing healing, hope, and a home to vulnerable children and families. Comprised of senior executives, including the Chief Clinical Officer, Vice President of IT, VP of Finance, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Vice President of Placement and Support Services, this team ensures operational excellence across all programs, makes high-level decisions, and collaborates to enhance service delivery and care for over 1,100 youth in state care across 27 Texas counties.
