Oliver Bournat is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director at St Clements Services since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing software solutions for the GB wholesale and retail industry. Since January 2014, Oliver has held the position of Head of Financial Control at EDF (UK), managing a diverse team and overseeing IFRS reporting and financial planning for the UK retail division with a turnover exceeding £10 billion. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG, ranging from Assistant Audit Manager to Audit Trainee, from August 2008 to December 2013. Oliver obtained an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and completed secondary education at The Judd School.
