Maria Chekulaeva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Principal at Sixth Street since January 2017, Maria has progressed through roles including Vice President and Associate. Prior to this, Maria worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan from June 2014 to December 2016, focusing on TMT, Industrials, and Leveraged Finance, and completed an Autumn Analyst position at J.P. Morgan in late 2013. Earlier experience includes an internship at PwC in Assurance Financial Services. Maria holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and Banking from Duisenberg School of Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University.
