Julian Salisbury currently serves as a Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Sixth Street since January 2024. Prior to this role, Julian was with Goldman Sachs from October 1998 to December 2023, where notable positions included Partner, Chief Investment Officer of Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management, and Global Co-Head of Asset Management. Julian also led the Merchant Banking Division and the Special Situations Group while holding various Managing Director roles, including heading the European Special Situations Group. Earlier in the career, Julian worked as an Audit Associate at KPMG UK from September 1995 to September 1998. Academically, Julian holds a Master of Science in Biomechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science, both from Loughborough University.
