Moez Allaoui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as Senior Manager at the SIWI WANA Office since May 2023, Allaoui previously held the position of Central Director and Advisor at the Société nationale d'exploitation et de distribution des eaux from June 2021 to May 2023. Alongside, Allaoui worked as a Visiting Lecturer on the Right to Water at the Université de Genève from March 2015 to May 2023 and served as Legal Affairs Director at SO.N.E.D.E for over three decades. Additional roles include Senior Legal Advisor at WaterLex and a member of the board of directors at SONEDE International S.A. Educational qualifications include a DEA in International Economic Law and Development from Université Paris Cité, an e-learning course on international water law from UNITAR and Université de Genève, and various certifications in public-private partnerships and public procurement.
