Nadia Schutman brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR and communication manager at Sius and as a member of the board of management at Sint-Jorisschool. Since April 2024, Nadia has also been involved with Mijnvrijdag, focusing on HR challenges and organizational development on a part-time basis. Previous roles include Human Relations Development at Bronkhorst High-Tech, where Nadia contributed to building cross-cultural organizational communities, and HR consultant at Siebert & Wassink. Additional experience includes lecturing in Human Resource and Business Management at Hogeschool Saxion and working in human resources at Triple Bee B.V. Nadia holds a pre-master's degree in Life Cycle Psychology from Open Universiteit and a bachelor's degree in HRM from Saxion University.
