Alexis Bierman is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner currently with Sitetracker since March 2023. Previously, Alexis held roles as a Senior Sales Recruiter at MongoDB and as a Talent Acquisition Manager for US Sales at Talkdesk, managing a team of 10 recruiters. Earlier experience includes leading a team of five sales recruiters across various regions and serving as a Senior Sales Recruiter and Lead Recruiter at Vlocity, where efforts focused on roles in Customer Success and Professional Services. Other roles include Lead Sales Recruiter at JDA Software, a contract position at General Dynamics Mission Systems, and Corporate Human Resources at Capital Lumber. Alexis holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
