Charl¨¨ne PLAT has a diverse work experience across various companies. Charl¨¨ne started their career in 2013 as a Coordinatrice de tutorats ¨¦tudiants - Service civique at ASSOCIATION ZUP DE CO, where they were responsible for coordinating student/college student tutoring programs. Charl¨¨ne then worked as a Charg¨¦e de recherche at CIRCULAR CONSULTING for a brief period in 2015. In 2016, Charl¨¨ne joined SNCF as a Consultante en ¨¦valuation & d¨¦veloppement manag¨¦rial, where they served until 2018. Their responsibilities included consulting on evaluation and managerial development. Charl¨¨ne then moved to SNCF Gares & Connexions as a Responsable Recrutement, Int¨¦gration & ?valuation, where they worked until 2020. Charl¨¨ne then transitioned to the role of an IT Talent Recruiter at SNCF, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of People at Siteflow, a position they have held since October 2022.

Charl¨¨ne PLAT obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universit¨¦ Paris Cit¨¦, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Charl¨¨ne then pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master's degree in Work Psychology, specializing in Organizational and Personnel Psychology, from 2014 to 2016.
