Nicky LO is a Senior Project Manager at SITA, with extensive experience in project management, software development, and system integration since December 2005. Nicky manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet sponsor requirements while overseeing user acceptance testing and project profitability. Notable projects include the Vietnam Airports System Transformation and Incheon International Airport Project, completed under challenging conditions. Nicky has earned various awards, including the "Management Quality Award" from Shanghai Airport Authority and multiple recognitions from SITA. Previous experience includes roles at PCCW Teleservices and Freyssinet, focusing on project control, system design, and software development. Nicky holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
