Maico Costa started their work experience in 2011 as a Sales Team Lead at International Marketing. In 2012, they worked as a Market Researcher at Marktest. From 2013 to 2021, Costa worked at Altice Portugal, starting as a Backoffice Assistant and then transitioning to the role of Human Resources Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Reporting Analyst. In 2021, Costa joined Cisco as a Business Intelligence Analyst and worked there until 2022. At Inodev, they worked as a Business Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Costa is employed at SITA as a Lead Analyst Service Improvement.

Maico Costa completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Course in Technological administration at Externato de Penafirme.
