Madhuri Yalavarthy has extensive experience in strategy planning and performance management, currently leading performance initiatives within SITA Global Services since December 2014. Key contributions include reporting to the VP of Strategy and facilitating the implementation of standardized performance metrics. Previously, Madhuri served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of SITA Group, playing a vital role during the pandemic crisis management and developing a rebound strategic plan. Earlier roles encompassed technical support as a Senior Cabin Specialist and a Revenue Management Internship at HOP!, where data analysis and performance metrics were emphasized. Academic qualifications include a Masterā€™s degree in International Air Transport Operations Management from ENAC and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research.
