Charles M. has diverse work experience in the software development field. Charles is currently working as a Lead Software Developer at SITA since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Netcompany as a Lead Developer from April 2021 to January 2022, and as a Senior Specialist from June 2020 to April 2021. Before joining Netcompany, Charles served at Britehouse as a Consulting Services Manager from March 2019 to May 2020, where they managed a team and implemented effective processes and structures for employee support. Charles also held roles as a Team Lead and Developer at Britehouse, where they worked on various projects related to debt counselling monitoring, new application systems, and call center management. Charles started their career as a Software Developer at Unlimited Internet Play from May 2007 to August 2009.

Charles M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Monash University from 2004 to 2007. Charles also completed the Managed Development Program from PM.Ideas Pty Ltd in 2019.
