Adams Dong has extensive work experience in software development, with a focus on Java. Adams started their career as a Java Software Engineer at ZTEsoft Technology in 2004, where they worked until 2007. Adams then joined ArcherMind as a Senior Application Developer from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they worked at StarCite as a Senior Software Engineer from 2009 to 2011. Most recently, they have been with SITA, where they initially held the role of Senior Developer from 2011 to 2016 and currently serves as the Lead Developer.

Adams Dong obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Xidian University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
