Jacqueline Jones, LPN, currently serves as the Lead Information Services Training Coordinator at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since March 2022. Their extensive experience includes roles as an Implementation Specialist at Sentara Healthcare and as a Soarian/Allscripts Clinical Implementation Training Specialist at University Hospitals, both starting in January and September 2018, respectively. Additionally, Jacqueline has held various positions such as Epic Physician Support Specialist and Epic Cadence/EpicCare Systems Analyst at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center and Trinity Health Systems-St. Mary's Hospital. In earlier roles, Jacqueline provided support for the Epic EMR system at organizations like WellStar Health System, Baptist Health, and Partners HealthCare. Jacqueline holds an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology and an LPN degree from Cuyahoga Community College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics at South University.
