Diego Galar currently serves as the Director de Investigación Tecnológica at Sisteplant since January 2024. Galar has been a Professor of Condition Monitoring at Luleå tekniska universitet since May 2010. Additionally, Galar holds the position of Secretary and Director of Industrial Relations on the Board of Directors for the EFNMS European Federation of National Maintenance Societies as of April 2023. Galar previously worked as the Chief Technology Officer at TSI - Técnicas y Servicios de Ingeniería S.L. from May 2023 to January 2024 and served as the Head of Maintenance & Reliability at Tecnalia Research & Innovation from 2016 until September 2022.
