Riley Coonan has a professional background in operations and sales within the logistics industry, currently serving as an Operations specialist at SIRVA BGRS Worldwide, Inc. since November 2021. In this role, Riley focuses on analyzing and consolidating shipments in the non-conventional load pool to enhance asset utilization, optimize pay-loads, and reduce transportation expenses, thereby improving service levels and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes working as an Account Sales Representative at JAT of Fort Wayne from April 2016 to January 2021 and as a Carrier Representative at XPO Logistics, Inc. from September 2014 to August 2015. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently advancing education at Blaizing Academy.
