Tom Bancroft is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sirtex Medical Limited since July 2024, Bancroft previously held the same title at OPT Industries and served as Senior Director of Operations at CooperSurgical, overseeing significant manufacturing operations with a combined annual revenue of $400M. Responsibilities included direct P&L management, site leadership for a Costa Rica manufacturing startup, and all manufacturing operations within key product lines at ORIGIO. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Richmond and a BA in Anthropology from James Madison University.
