Andronikos Panayiotou has been a Product Manager at SirsiDynix since January 2006, overseeing BLUEcloud Course Lists and BLUEcloud eRM, while also co-managing BLUEcloud Discovery, with a focus on academic libraries and educational technology. Prior to this role, Andronikos contributed as a Technical Writer, Account Manager/Senior Product Specialist, Product Specialist & Sales Training Manager, and Senior Customer Support Consultant within SirsiDynix, developing documentation, managing client accounts, facilitating sales training, and providing customer support. Earlier experience includes a position as Customer Services Consultant at Sirsi Limited from October 2003 to January 2006. Andronikos holds an MA in Theatre from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Theatre & Media Drama with Statistics from the University of South Wales.
