Devika Schirloff has a strong background in biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing. Devika is currently working as an Associate Director CMC at SIRPant Immunotherapeutics since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Principal Scientist at Ansun Biopharma, Inc. from 2021 to 2022, where they led the upstream CMC endeavor for CAR-NK and oncolytic virus production.

Devika has extensive experience at InhibRx, where they served as an Associate Director CCPD from 2017 to 2021. Their responsibilities included managing and overseeing processes for early phase clinical programs through commercial production, as well as supporting cell line development, upstream process development, and tech transfer.

Before joining InhibRx, Devika worked as a Scientist I at Ambrx in 2016, focusing on scientific research. Devika also served as a Senior Principal Associate at Agensys from 2013 to 2016, leading processes from clone selection through manufacturing support. In addition, Devika worked as a Scientist at Laureate Pharmaceutical from 2011 to 2013, gaining exposure to multiple cell lines and assisting with manufacturing scales.

Devika's early career included roles at Imclone Systems as an Associate from 2008 to 2011, focusing on cell line development and small-scale cell culture. Devika also worked at Roche Molecular Systems as a Lab Tech III from 2007 to 2008, gaining training in commercial GxP practices and QC/manufacturing dynamics.

Devika Schirloff completed their undergraduate education at Montclair State University from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Devika then pursued further education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. In addition to their academic achievements, Devika has also obtained several certifications. Devika completed "The Science and Practice of Managing People" course from Leadership IQ in June 2021. In May 2021, they completed the course "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader" from LinkedIn. Devika also completed the "Communicating to Drive People to Take Action" course from LinkedIn in April 2021. Devika obtained certifications in "Leader as a Coach" and "What Great Communicators Do Differently" from Leadership IQ in April 2021. Moreover, they obtained the "Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®" certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
