The Coordination and Support Team at Sirona Recovery is dedicated to facilitating seamless service delivery and bolstering the recovery journey of our consumers. This team, comprising roles such as Lead Care Coordinator, Care Coordinator, Recovery Support Coordinator, TAD/Youth Program Coordinator, and Ancillary Program Coordinator, works collaboratively to ensure individualized care plans are developed and executed. They provide essential support, connect consumers with appropriate resources, and maintain open communication to help clients achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall wellbeing.
