Serena Esposito is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relations and management. Currently serving as the District Manager at SiriusXM Canada since June 2019, Serena has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence. Prior to this role, Serena held several positions within R. Ferri Automotive from May 2013 to June 2019, including Manager, Customer Relations, Supervisor, Customer Relations, and Coordinator, Customer Relations. Serena holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (H.B.A.) in History and Equity Studies from the University of Toronto, completed between 2010 and 2015, and graduated from St. Jean de Brebeuf in 2010.
