Rob Davies is an experienced Senior Design Manager currently employed at Sir Robert McAlpine since February 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held key positions at Jacobs from February 2018 to February 2025, including Principal Design Manager and Roads & Highways Team Leader, as well as Auckland Transport Engineering Team Lead. Rob's expertise includes serving as Principal Lead – Major Projects Design during a secondment at KierWSP and as Associate and Principal Engineer at WSP in the UK between January 2014 and February 2018. Responsibilities included acting as Deputy Project Manager for the Eastern Bay Link Employers Agent role and managing key accounts for Pembrokeshire County Council. Rob's career began with significant roles at AECOM where duties included Principal Engineer and Design Manager, and at Hyder Consulting and Atkins as Senior Technician. Rob holds a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales, earned between 1990 and 1992.
