Eric Hayes is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and business administration. Currently serving as Chief Engineer and VP of Engineering at SippTech since August 2020, Eric has previously held roles such as Senior Mechanical Engineer at the same company and Project Engineer at Fairmount Technologies LLC, where contributions were made to the development of an innovative metal forming process. In addition, Eric owned Hayes Solutions LLC, functioning as an independent sales representative from April 2020 to January 2022. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Wichita State University, complemented by minors in Math and Finance.
