Brian Fischer is a seasoned senior human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across major global organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Intel Corporation since December 2018, Brian oversees multiple divisions, including Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and International Operations, managing a workforce of over 100,000 employees and a team of 250+ HR professionals. Prior to Intel, Brian held various leadership positions at Honeywell from February 2011 to December 2018, including VP of Human Resources for Industrial Safety & Retail and Executives overseeing Compensation & Benefits. Brian’s HR career began at General Electric, spanning a decade and encompassing progressive roles. Complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and advanced degrees in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota, Brian is currently enhancing expertise through studies at Cornell University.
