Samir Al-Jishi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and business development, currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate Finance & Strategy at SIPCHEM since March 2004. In this role, Samir oversees Corporate Finance, Treasury & Cash Management, Tax & Zakat, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Affiliates Management Office. Previously, Samir held the position of General Manager, Business Development & Partnerships at SIPCHEM, where collaboration with executive leadership led to the successful implementation of corporate strategy and growth objectives through mergers and acquisitions and effective asset management. Prior to SIPCHEM, Samir worked at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund as a Technical Consultant, assessing industrial projects for financing. Samir holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, an MBA from King Saud University, and a Postgraduate Degree in Design, Manufacturing, and Management from the University of Cambridge.
