Hagood Morrison Jr. is the current director at SIOR. Hagood was previously an associate at Colliers International from June 2015 to November 2017. Some of their notable transactions include the sale of a 400,000 square foot office building to Charleston County through the US Bankruptcy Court and the disposal of a 400 acre distressed mixed use resort through a US Bankruptcy 363 sale process.

Hagood Morrison Jr. has a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University and a certification from ARGUS Software in ARGUS Software Certified (ASC) - Enterprise. Hagood also went to Porter-Gaud School.
