Ben K. has extensive work experience, beginning with a Lead Scientist role at GE in 2011. Ben then moved to Birchbox in 2012, where they served as Vice President Data Science, Analytics & Insights. In 2015, Ben K. took on the role of Vice President at Handy HQ. In 2016, they held two roles simultaneously, as Head of Data Science at both M.Gemi and Rockets of Awesome. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Singuli.

Ben K. began their educational journey at the University of Nottingham, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2002. Ben then continued their studies at the same university, earning a Master of Philosophy in Computer Science in 2006. Afterwards, Ben K. moved to Cornell University, where they earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2010, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2011.
