Sanata Chargazia currently serves as Head of HR and Employer Branding Department and a member of the Management Board at Singular since October 2020. Previously, Sanata held positions as an invited lecturer at BTU and Georgian National University SEU. Sanata's expertise includes managing recruitment processes, implementing performance management systems, and developing human resources policies at Georgian Industrial Group Holding from 2016 to 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Manager at S.I. Group, HR Specialist at LTD "ORI NABIJI," and Examiner at the National Assessment and Examinations Center. Sanata holds two Master's Degrees in Work and Organizational Psychology from Maastricht University and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in the same field.
