George Shamugia is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Chief Architect, Managing Director, and CEO at Singular since December 2009, George has also held the position of shareholder. In September 2023, George co-founded Roamingo and has been a Founding Board Member of the Georgian Association of MVNOs since June 2021. Previously, George was the Managing Shareholder of Singular Group Macedonia from May 2013 to September 2021. Academically, George holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of East London. Additional educational background includes studies at MGWU and Private Demirel College.
