Antonio Moreira is an experienced Service Designer with a solid background in various organizations, including Optus, Yarra Valley Water, and The Customer Experience Company. Prior professional experience includes a role as a Creative Pro - Learning Designer & Facilitator at Apple and serving as Team Leader for Events Operations at the Melbourne Recital Centre. Antonio holds a Graduate Certificate in Service Design from RMIT University, completed in August 2022, and has also undergone a 6-week Facilitation Training in Design Thinking at Facilitator School in December 2022.
