Lachi Kothari is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SingleStore since October 2024, bringing extensive experience in global candidate sourcing for both IT and non-IT roles. Previously, Lachi served as a Global Talent Sourcing Consultant at Guidepoint from May 2023 to October 2024, where responsibilities included screening candidates and developing extensive pipelines. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruitment Consultant at ADP, where Lachi focused on sourcing candidates across multiple global locations and gained expertise in ATS and stakeholder management. Lachi also worked at Global Placement Solutions (GPS) as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, handling end-to-end recruitment processes. Lachi Kothari holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2016.
