Chris Toler has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at SingleMind since November 2006. Toler has played a pivotal role in the company's transformation of support operations and engaging with clients. Previously held roles include Product Owner and Director of Operations, where Toler improved efficiency and operational health, and Director of Product Design after transitioning from collaborating with external designers. Early career experiences include Project & Product Manager, responsible for nurturing client relationships and driving company growth through process improvements, as well as Front-End Developer & Systems Admin, contributing to projects for notable brands and managing systems standards. Prior to SingleMind, Toler worked at Lunar Logic as a Quality Assurance specialist, coordinating efforts to resolve systemic issues across multiple online learning platforms.
