Matthew Jarvis has had an extensive career in various roles related to operations, customer service, and employee development within the financial and customer service industries. Matthew currently holds the position of Vice-President, Global Operations and Shared Services at SinglePoint Group International Inc. In their previous roles, Matthew has successfully led strategic direction and execution of sales and service contact centers, managed customer service centers, and provided leadership in learning and employee investment. Matthew also has a background in instructional design and holds a diploma in Environmental and Civil Engineering from Ryerson University and Seneca Polytechnic.
