Kasun Udayanga has extensive experience in service and process improvement, currently serving as Deputy Director at Singer Sri Lanka PLC since March 2012, with previous positions including Head of Service & Processes, Operations Manager, and various managerial roles in technical services. Prior to joining Singer Sri Lanka, Kasun worked as an Engineering Trainee at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Management Accounting from CIMA, and a BSc in Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
