Laura Deal Lacey serves as the Executive Vice President at the Milken Institute, overseeing MI International since September 2013. In addition, Lacey holds the position of Chairman on the Board of Directors for FWD Insurance in Singapore and is a Board Member at Pacific Century Regional Development. Active in the academic sector, Lacey is a member of the Advisory Board for The Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics at Singapore Management University and was previously on the Board of Trustees for the Asian University for Women. Lacey has held significant roles including Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and Vice President at Edelman. From 2000 to 2005, Lacey managed Corporate Affairs & Partnerships at the World Economic Forum. Educational qualifications include an International Directors Programme from INSEAD, an Executive Certificate in Directorship from Singapore Management University, a Master's in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing from Arizona State University.
