Stephen Migliara is an experienced marine engineering professional currently serving as the FSRU New Build Project and Technical Engineer at Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd since January 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of FSRU Project Director Conversions at GasLog Ltd. from July 2022 to January 2025 and served as the Senior Director of Fleet Operations at Excelerate Energy LLC from September 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a fleet of nine FSRUs in global operations. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles as Chief Engineer at Shell Ship Management Limited and American Overseas Marine Corporation, as well as positions at General Dynamics Corp. and ProNav Ship Management. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from Texas A&M University and has additional educational credentials from State University of New York Maritime College and RTM Star Center.
