Michael Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy, government relations, and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of the FTIC in the Advocacy and Policy Division at the Singapore Business Federation since October 2022, Michael oversees the Fair Tenancy Code of Conduct for retail premises in Singapore and supports business digitalization efforts. Previously, Michael held leadership roles at the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Manufacturing Federation, Sport Singapore, IE Singapore, and the Infocomm Development Authority, focusing on policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and international business development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore University of Social Sciences.
