Zhibo Xiao currently serves as the Manager of Data Science at Singapore Airlines, having joined the company in October 2022 after a tenure as Lead Data Scientist at RIMM Sustainability from January to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Data Scientist at EDHECinfra and as an Assistant Manager Data Scientist at Singapore Airlines from June 2017 to October 2020. Zhibo's expertise encompasses machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), with significant contributions to process automation, social network analysis, and the development of intelligent search engines. Educational qualifications include a PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's degrees in machine learning and mathematics from Dalian Maritime University, where Zhibo also conducted research leading to innovations in ranking topic models and multi-document summarization.
