Carol Ong has a robust career at Singapore Airlines, beginning as a Marketing Communications & Development Executive from November 2005 to July 2008 and progressing through various roles, including Assistant Manager Ground Services and Regional Marketing Manager positions for Europe and South East Asia. From October 2010 to March 2014, Carol served as Regional Marketing Manager for South East Asia and Manager for Southern India. Since September 2014, Carol has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President for Integrated Crew Operations & Planning and Global & Corporate Sales, as well as General Manager for the Philippines, overseeing the airline's sales, marketing, and operational functions in that region. Carol holds a Bachelor of Communications Studies degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and completed high school at Victoria Junior College.
