Mingee Kim is a Search Cloud Engineer at Sinequa, a role held since October 2022. With significant experience in integrated absence management and process improvement, Mingee has also served as an Advisor for Cariloop and as a Member at Chief. Previous positions include Vice President of Customer Success at Time is Ltd. and Senior Vice President at HUB International, where Mingee focused on linking health to workforce productivity and assessing Disability and Workers' Compensation programs. Earlier career contributions included consulting for Laurus Strategies. Mingee holds a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Certifications include Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM) and Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS).
