Michelle Snook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and health and social care commissioning. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sinclair-Strong Consultants Ltd. since 2024, Michelle previously held the role of Clinical Operations Director at Psychiatry-UK from 2022 to 2024. Additional experience includes key positions at Kent County Council, where Michelle worked from 2016 to 2022, undertaking roles such as Senior Commissioner for Integration Health & Social Care and Integrated Transformation Manager for Neurodevelopmental Conditions.
